These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GamePlan360 website and web app (the "Service"), provided by Uncomplicated Inc.

Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service

GamePlan360 provides team-management tools including chat, scheduling and RSVPs, roster and dues, a file library, and an announcements board. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts & eligibility

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. You must have the authority to act on behalf of any team you create or manage.

Subscriptions & payment

A team is free for up to five members. Paid plans are billed per team, monthly or annually, through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service — no unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity, and no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Uncomplicated Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
