What's included in the free plan?
Everything. The free plan has full access to every feature — chat, calendar, RSVPs, roster, files, and announcements — for teams of up to 5 active members. No credit card required.
Is pricing per member?
No. There are no per-seat fees. The Team plan is one flat price per team for unlimited members — $10/month or $100/year.
What happens when my team grows past 5 members?
Adding a 6th member prompts the team owner to upgrade. Nobody is removed and no data is lost — you just unlock unlimited members.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel whenever you like and keep access through the end of your current billing period.
How does billing work for a club with several teams?
Each team is billed separately, and each team's owner manages its own plan — so a club can run some teams free and upgrade others as they grow.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe through an embedded, secure checkout — we never see your card details.
